We’re located at 142 Neil Road, Singapore — in the heart of the charming Keong Saik and Duxton neighborhood. Our flagship spans four stories, designed as a warm and inspiring space for discovering independent brands, curated collections, and community-led retail.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open daily:
Sunday - Thursday: 11AM - 9PM
Friday - Saturday: 11AM - 10PM

Should I shop online or in-store?
While most of our pieces are available online, we encourage you to visit our retail store — where you can try on the pieces and ensure you’re satisfied with your product and sizing before making your purchase!
Do you offer shipping and delivery?
Currently, we only ship orders within Singapore.
Delivered within 3 - 5 working days, shipped via NinjaVan.
Kindly take note of our dispatch timelines:
- Orders placed between Friday and Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
- Orders placed between Tuesday and Thursday will be shipped on Friday.
What is your return & exchange policy?

How often do you launch new brands and new arrivals?
We have 20-100+ new arrivals every week at With Love — launching on Fridays at 11am, both in-store and online.
We regularly rotate our brands, bringing in new brands to replace leaving ones every 4-8 weeks. Stay tuned to Instagram for the latest updates!
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Restocks aren't guaranteed but if you'd like to be notified when a specific item is restocked — drop us a DM on Instagram with the item and size, or let us know in-store.
Are items the same online and in-store?
Yes, all items on our website are available to try on in-store — let our retail associates know if you're looking for a particular piece.
We also carry additional in-store exclusives that aren’t listed online.
