Thank you for supporting independent Southeast Asian brands. As we work with small brands on short-term residencies and limited production runs, our inventory moves quickly. To keep things fair for everyone, here’s how our exchange and return policy works.

NOTE: All returns and exchanges require item(s) to be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.


 

In-Store Purchases

All in-store sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Kindly inspect your item before leaving the store to ensure there are no defects.

 


 

Online Orders (Delivered)

Change of Mind or Fit Issues

We do not offer refunds for online delivered orders. You may return your item for store credit* within 7 days from your order date for change of mind or fit issues.

Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

  • Return request must be made within 7 days from order date

*Store Credit Terms
  • Store credit is valid for 30 days

  • A $5 restocking fee will be deducted

  • Store credit is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash

How to Return

You may either:

  • Return the item by mail

  • Bring it to our store in-person within 7 days of the order date.

Please note:

  • Return postage will be borne by the customer

  • We strongly recommend using registered/trackable mail, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of your order date and provide proof of the defect or damage. Upon verification, we will arrange the return and issue a refund.

  • All returns are subject to verification upon receipt

  • Returns that do not meet our conditions may be rejected

  • All approved returns are final

 


 

Online Orders (Self-Pickup)

We kindly recommend inspecting your item at the point of pickup 🤍

If there are any defects, please let us know immediately and we’ll resolve it on the spot.

 

Change of Mind or Fit Issues

Eligible for exchange, when you come by in-store within 7 days from your order date.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

  • Come by our physical store within 7 days from order date to exchange the item

  • Exchanges are done in-store only

Exchange Terms
  • Exchange for item(s) of equal or higher value only. Top-up required for higher value item(s)

  • No refunds or store credit will be provided for lower value exchanges

  • No additional fees apply
