(1) With a bra on and your clothes off, measure around the fullest part of your bust and under the arms.

(2) While in a relaxed position, measure around your natural waist - the narrowest part of your waistline.

(3) Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your bottom, approximately 20cm or 8 inches below your waistline.
